The Swiss-made 8cm Victorinox serrated paring knife is a great choice for professional food prep. Designed for precision cutting, peeling and coring, this professional knife features an ice-tempered high carbon steel blade which is made to retain its sharpness for longer, whilst still offering superb cutting performance.

The soft-grip nylon handle is both ergonomic and easy to grip, making prep work faster and safer. And as it's colour-coded green, it's perfect for colour-coded kitchens to prevent cross contamination. Typically, green knives are used to prep salads and fruit, although the Victorinox serrated paring knife can excel at any usual paring knife task. It's dishwasher safe too, so the knife is exceptionally easy to clean.
